The CT State admissions application is now open for Fall 2023 Enrollment.
All continuing, degree-seeking students will become CT State students as of July 1, 2023.
Enrollment Steps for New College Students
Anyone who has never attended a higher education institution and is attending HCC for the first time.
Apply for Admission online or call/email the Admissions office to schedule an in-person appointment.

- Submit MMRV (Measles/ Mumps/ Rubella/ Varicella) requirement form to the Admissions Department via email or fax.

Complete the Supplemental Placement Form and submit your high school GPA, SAT, ACT, or GED assessment test scores for placement into your classes. If you completed high school outside of the country and cannot provide this information, please contact Testing Services to schedule a placement test appointment.
Register for classes via my.commnet.edu. Prior to registering you should have met with a Guided Pathways Advisor to plan and create your semester schedule.
