Elan Kawesch is the Chief Product Officer and a founding team member at Claira, a platform that unleashes workforce potential using advanced competency science and machine learning. At Claira, Elan works cross-functionally to create strategies that optimize for product success and company growth. He leads strategy and vision in product development, UX, GTM, and marketing, while supporting and working closely with every other part of the business. Prior to joining Claira, he spent a decade as a nonprofit founder and advisor, working with senior level employees to strategically develop major projects. Elan holds a MA in International Economics and Finance from the Brandeis International Business School, and a BA in Business from Brandeis University.
