The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training helps SNAP participants obtain job readiness skills. Eligible participants are provided with job training. Housatonic Community College is one of the many SNAP Employment and Training Providers in the state of Connecticut. What is WIOA?


Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) scholarships are available to adults and dislocated workers who meet income and other guidelines, and who need training to be competitive in today’s workplace.
