Fall 2019 Refund Policy

• To receive 100% refund of tuition, supplemental, and material fees, you must drop course(s) before the end of business on Monday, August 26, 2019. The College Service Fee (CSF), Student Activities Fee (SAF), & Transportation Fee are Non-Refundable.
• To receive 50% refund of tuition, supplemental, and material fees you must drop course(s) between Tuesday, August 27, 2019 through the end of business on Monday, September 9, 2019. The College Service Fee (CSF), Student Activities Fee (SAF), & Transportation Fee are Non-Refundable.

Please Note: All dates and events are subject to change without notice. Failure to pay for courses will result in an outstanding balance on your account. Payment can be made with financial aid awards, out of pocket, or a third party to the Student Accounts Office. If you have registered for classes and do not plan to attend, you are responsible for dropping the course(s). Failure to drop the course(s) in a timely manner will result in charges to your account. HCC is extremely interested in your educational success. A good financial standing will enable you to continue pursuing your academic goals here at Housatonic Community College.
